States
- Application: From the USA to Germany (Berlin, D�sseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg,
Munich, and
Stuttgart). Flights beyond D�sseldorf are in LTU or Lufthansa's Business
or economy class (based upon flight availability and
schedules).
- Ticketing: Payment is required within 72 hours of
reservation.
- Discounts: Children (2 - 11 years) pay 75% of adult fare.
Children under 2 yrs, occupying a seat, pay 75% of adult fare. Infants (up to 23
months) not occupying a seat pay 10% (one infant per adult).
- Stopovers: Stopovers are not permitted.
- Cancellations: US$100 prior to departure. Child and infant
discounts apply. Waived for illness or death or passenger or immediate
family member Waiver must be substantiated by hospital admission papers
or death certificate. After departure: Refund the fare paid minus the
applicable one-way fare.
- Changes: US$50 for rebooking/rerouting. Child and infant
discounts apply. Waived for illness or death or passenger or immediate
family member. Waiver must be substantiated by hospital admission papers
or death certificate. Ticket is non-endorsable and non-transferable.

web site - however in general:
- Two day advance purchase is required.
- Payment by credit card is immediate with the confirmed
reservation.
- Children's rules vary. Some offers do not provide a
discount for children under 12. See specific Internet promotion
rules. Infants (up to 23 months)
that do not occupy a seat generally pay 10 percent of the adult fare
plus tax (one infant per adult). Again see the specific Internet
promotion rules.
- Minimum and maximum stay requirements are defined with each
promotion.
- Ticket is not refundable, and non transferable.
- Date changes are generally permitted for a fee of US$150
provided the seasonality has not changed for the desired new travel
date.
- Some Internet fare offers are standard published fares as
described herein.
M.EE - one way and one-year excursion fares
- originating in the United States and Canada
- No advance purchase is required.
- Payment is required within 72 hours of the confirmed
reservation.
- Ticket numbers are required from the Travel Agent.
- Children (2-11 yrs) pay 75%of adult fare. Children under 2
yrs, occupying a seat, pay 75% of adult fare. Infants (up to 23 months)
that do not occupy a seat pay tax only (one infant per adult).
- Senior citizens 60 and over, youths from 12 to 24 years and
students from 12 to 26 years receive a 10% discount (ID required).
- No minimum stay requirements apply and the maximum stay is
one year.
- Stopovers are not permitted.
- $100 USD fee for cancel/refund.
Ticket is non-refundable if cancellation is not
made a minimum of one day prior to departure.
- Date changes and rerouting can be made at anytime without
fee, permitting the seasonality has not changed.
T.PX6M - six-month roundtrip
nonrefundable 'apex' fare - originating in the United
States
- No advance purchase is required.
- Payment is required within 72 hours of the confirmed
reservation.
- Ticket numbers are required from the Travel Agent.
- Children (2-11 yrs) pay 75%. Children under 2 yrs, occupying
a seat, pay 75% of adult fare. Infants (up to 23 months) that
do not occupy a seat pay tax only (one infant
per adult).
- Senior Citizens 60 and over, youths from 12 to 24 years and
students from 12 to 26 years receive a 10% discount (ID required, date
of birth must be on ticket).
- Minimum stay is 7 days; maximum stay is 6 months.
- Stopovers are not permitted.
- Cancellations are subject to a US$100/CA$180 cancellation fee. This
fee is waived if due to illness or death of the passenger or immediate
family member. Waiver must be substantiated by hospital admission
papers or death certificate.
- Changes (rebooking or rerouting) are subject to a
US$100/CA$180
change fee, whether the change is made prior to or after departure.
