Before you proceed
- Within minutes of submitting your credit card for payment,
your ticket is issued.
- Please read the restrictions carefully. The tickets you
purchase may be non-refundable and non-transferable and there may be
penalties for changing your travel dates.
- The passenger name submitted must match the name as it
appears on the passport.
- US Citizens require a valid U.S. passport for travel to
Germany and other EC countries. If you do not carry a U.S. passport,
please check with your nearest German consulate for the required
documentation.
- LTU Express Reservations accepts the following credit carts
for payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- LTU Express Reservations only creates U.S.-originating
roundtrip itineraries, in U.S. Dollars, and will mail your tickets
within one week to a U.S. address.
- The credit card used for payment must be issued by a bank in
the United States.
- Be sure to enter the credit card billing address EXACTLY as
it appears on the monthly statement.
The Steps of LTU Express Reservations
LTU Reservations Form Choose your itinerary and
travel dates, "EASTBOUND" meaning departing the U.S. and "WESTBOUND" the
direction back to the United States. Click only one set of city pairs
in each direction. Should you make a mistake, please press the "RESET"
button on the top or bottom of the page. To proceed, press the
"RESERVATIONS" button on the top or bottom of the page.
Itinerary Confirmation Verify the chosen itinerary.
If the dates and city pairs are not correct, click on the 'Back' button of
your browser and choose your itinerary again. On this page you will
alsosubmit the number of seats required, as well as the type of passengers
for discounts (if applicable).
Select Your Itinerary and Fare Preference View your
flight times and chose your fare. Only applicable and available adult
fares will be displayed. Fares are listed each way based on roundtrip
purchase, according to availability for a non-discounted adult, and do not
include tax. If the fare you want is not available, click your
browser's "BACK" button to the Reservations form, reset the screen, and
choose new dates. Review the fare rules carefully before proceeding.
Select your fare choice and proceed.
Fare Confirmation A detailed itinerary and fare is
displayed, with discounts for chosen passenger-types (for example, Senior
Citizen, Student, Children and Infants). Here you will find an option
for special meals and wheelchair assistance. The total amount is
displayed. Proceed should you wish to purchase the ticket.
Order Your Tickets At this point, only the name of
the paying passenger is requested. Enter the information as it is
requested. The date of birth is only required for senior citizens,
students and youths. Enter an address to where you would like the
tickets to be sent (must be in the United States). Enter your e-mail
address as you will receive an immediate confirmation. The billing
address must exactly match the address as it appears on your credit card
statement. If it not different from the mailing address, the billing
address does not need to be filled out. Proceed to enter the name of
other travelers and order any special meals or wheelchair if requested.
Please be patient as at this point the credit card will be verified.
This may take several minutes.
Enter the names of fellow travelers. Date of Birth is required
for Student, Youth and Senior Citizen discounts. Click here to order
special meals (if previously requested) or proceed.
Special Meals and Wheelchair Assistance. Choose from
any of LTU's special meals choices or request wheelchair assistance.
If special meals or wheelchair assistance were not requested, you will
go to the Confirmation page.
Your Confirmation Your record locator, passenger
names and itinerary are displayed, as well as the total amount charged to
your credit card. This is the final page of LTU Express Reservations.
You will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail and you will receive
your tickets in the mail within 5 working days.
