The Complete Specification is encrypted and password protected, only those organizations that have executed an NDA with Voyager may view this document. The Complete Specification contains the message and business process description as well as recommendation detailed deployment. Also contained in this package is WSDL processing instructions that will enable your SOAP development kit to generate client or server stubs for this implementation.
